My work is focused on analysing and interpreting GP workforce data. I work with NHSE policy and primary care colleagues, alongside other stakeholders (DHSC, legacy-HEE, legacy-NHSD), to evaluate trends in the Fully Qualified GP and GP in training grade populations from published data and to project the impact of current and potential policy decisions on the available workforce.My role involves identification and interrogation of the available data, working with colleagues to increase the value of the collected data, communicating insights from the data to a range of stakeholders and customers.
