Duties include:- daily husbandry tasks for cats including medication cats- giving tailored homing advice to adopters based on the cat they are viewing - calling past adopters for check up after thier adoption date and giving any advice necessary - representing cats protection to the public in a professional and helpful manner - dealing with general enquires from the public - making decisions regarding cat welfare or nutrition - following specific veterinary advice to increase welfare of the cat as well as adaptability- organising donations for fundraising - trained able to fill in for receptionists so being able to use multiple IT databases - knowing protocols for complex cat cases - liaising with management with decisions regarding cats - arranging meeting for potential adopters and supporting and advising them through the process - being empathic towards cats when socialising partially with cats that are more difficult behaviourally

Duties included:- giving trailered nutritional advice to customers unique to their situations - communicating the importance of a natural and good quality diet to customers - increases sales of designated brands - ensuring to give customers service to the highest quality - keeping updated on any new products or information on pet nutrition or supplements - retaining information on each product and confidently relating this to customers - keeping the store clean and date rotating stock- helping with writing monthly meetings for staff setting goals for different members of staff- building customer loyalty- rearranging sections in store to increase customers - working well with different members of the team to meet store goals - using a range of different IT systems for stock, tills and targets- caring out animal husbandry duties for a range of different animals
