Responsible for ensuring standards in the business where I integrated new systems for scheduling appointments, managing contacts and co-ordinating retention strategies. On top of the new systems that I brought in, I generated new business connections and helped to generate revenue opportunities by improving business networking. Furthermore, it was my responsibility to produce invoices, manage inventory, order new supplies and maintain appropriate storage for all business and animal supplies.As a part of building a portfolio for each animal, I would maintain up-to-date information as well as any records provided to me regarding previous pet care and medical history. As one of the main pillars of my work, it was important that I provided kind, patient support to nervous animals, so that I could build confidence and trust in their care. As a part of this, I would administer medication to any pets who required this level of care, as well as recording and reporting any chances in health or behaviours to their owners.
