Compiled and organised the English Department Anthology for the 2023-2024 Transformations Project, collaborating with publishers to generate an Anthology of student work.

Liase with prospective students and support the department on open days. I also help with the Faculty of Art's Widening Participation events and A-Level Lecture series, promoting the department through public speaking.

I completed a collaborative University Research Support Scheme entitled 'The Printing and Publication of Playtexts' at Cambridge University. We used first editions of Shakespeare's Othello and compared the original text with its modern editions and productions to generate an online A-Level course which was delivered to Widening Participation students in the local Coventry area.

Led the Editing Team and helped to manage the team leaders for the publication of the 2024 Transformations Anthology. This involves publishing the student work generated through this project into an anthology which is available at the British Library.

I was the Co-President of the Executive Team in 2023-4 for the Transformations Society at the University of Warwick. This is a Widening Participation programme where small teams teach English Literature lessons to local secondary school students in Coventry. As a team leader, I have designed compelling lesson plans focused on literature which establish clear objectives and aim to get the students excited about the literature they are reading.

I was the Social Secretary for Transformations for the 2022-2023 academic year which involved planning a range of fun and accessible social events as well as leading a teaching team.

I was the President of the Wind Orchestra for the 2023-2024 academic year. During this time, I planned and led an international tour to Vienna and the Orchestra was highly successful, winning a Platinum Award at both regional and national level in the prestigious National Concert Band Festival Competition (NCBF).As Equal Opportunities Officer, I made sure that the Orchestra was accessible and a positive experience for all members.

I taught GCSE English Language revision classes to Refugee students, planning and delivering online sessions using MS Teams and utilising variety of teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.

As part of my role on the Executive Team, I helped to develop teaching resources for the Transformations group for 2022. This is a Widening Participation programme which delivers extra-curricular English lessons to secondary school pupils to enable them to see university as an option.I designed the Voices Reader which focuses on underrepresented voices in our curriculum and covers themes of Race, Gender, Sexuality, Disability and the Environment. This process involved selecting relevant materials and adapting the content to allow accessibility, ensuring that there was positive representation and diversity within the syllabus as well as a variety of media types to increase student engagement.

I developed retail skills such as customer service and cash handling and resolved customer queries using effective communication.

I volunteered with Essex Libraries with their Summer Reading Challenge, entering children into the challenge and encouraging them to share their opinions on the books they were reading.
