Between July 2020 - September 2022 I worked for a mortgage company, MortgageAbility. It was a small company where I worked as the Administrator manager alongside 3 Mortgage Advisors. This gave me excellent team work however my own initiative to get the work done was also there. My job consisted of packaging the mortgage cases, contacting clients, solicitors and lenders, conducting emails to clients, lenders and also solicitors. This gave me great communication skills and skills to handling emails throughout the day. I also provided updates to clients regularly which I collected from the solicitors or lenders myself. This job also gave me great attention to detail as everything had to be precise and correct due to all documents given from clients. I have the mortgage and market knowledge required for the industry.
