I have recently embarked on a new venture with Nice-Pak, joining their fantastic Sales Team as National Account Executive, where I specialise in serving the discount channel. My main objective is to fulfil the wipe requirements of retailers and wholesalers in this dynamic sector, whether it be developing private label options or offering our range of shelf-ready branded products.

As an Innovation Manager at Nice-Pak, I proactively identified new opportunities by staying up-to-date on trends and pitching innovative ideas. I successfully managed multiple new product developments from inception to completion, collaborating with various cross-functional teams. I also explored new market pathways, having developed an own branded portfolio tailored for the discount channel.

Re-joining Nice-Pak as CSR and Communications Support Manager, I focused on:• Elevating the profile of Nice-Pak International among key stakeholders• Promoting our NPI brands, including the UK's #1 hand wipe brand during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sani Hands• Managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the business• Coordinating with external suppliers such as creative and PR agencies• Consulting with external experts on environmental assessment exercises.

At wejo, reporting to the Brand & Digital Manager, I supported various brand-related activities. My responsibilities included:• Managing the communications calendar, creating engaging content for social media, and analysing Twitter & LinkedIn posts using Hootsuite• Monitoring keywords with Google alerts and Hootsuite streams to track brand mentions and industry trends• Tracking sales progress and communicating with both Ingress and Egress customers for partnership announcements and case studies• Assisting in press release creation and tracking press coverage for monthly reports and executive presentations• Monitoring monthly website statistics with Google Analytics• Managing online community reputation on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed• Conducting competitor analysis on communications and branding• Coordinating events, with sole responsibility during peak times• Assisting with awards applications, maintaining the awards calendar, and recording results• Ensuring organizational tasks like NDAs, contracts, POs, marketing calendars, and budget management were meticulously maintained and executed.

Promoted to Category Marketing Executive at Nice-Pak, I reported to the Senior Category Manager and handled the following key responsibilities:• Analysing Kantar Worldpanel data for insights• Designing and executing Toluna Quicksurveys to gain consumer insights• Researching new trends using Mintel GNPD and online sources• Maintaining category maps across various categories and territories• Conducting price analysis through online research and store visits• Evaluating store merchandising through on-site visits• Managing projects for new product developments• Creating customer presentations for the Senior Category Manager to showcase to retailers and brand owners.

At Nice-Pak, I began as a Marketing Assistant, supporting the Marketing team and managing diverse projects. I played a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including conducting store audits, gathering market research samples, and contributing to the launch of branded products from concept to retailer listings. Additionally, I collaborated on website updates, crafted customer newsletters, organized events, assisted with CSR reports, and managed accreditations to ensure compliance with standards like FSC, PEFC, RSPO, and Nordic Swan.

Tasks included the production and distribution of all marketing materials such as press releases, managing social media, creating presentations, implementing product sampling exercises, maintaining customer databases and general administrative and marketing tasks.
