• Develop means by which to measure, monitor and articulate the impact of marketing activity upon MQL generation and conversion to SQO, through to close won/lost. • Report findings to the Directors and help shape marketing strategy on an ongoing basis, and guide marketing investment to drive maximum ROI.• Manage vendor partner relationships (including liaising with Sage marketing teams to maximise the effectiveness of co-funded activity) to drive greater value from collaborative working. • Work with marketing colleagues to ensure maximum positive business impact from events, focusing particularly on lead generation, evaluation, conversion, and measurement to inform decision-making around future event participation.• Work closely with the Head of Sales to create and maintain processes that closely monitor leads through the entirety of the marketing and sales cycle.

• Multi-channel marketing activity management (Online/Social/Digital, Print, Press, Film)• Developing marketing strategies in line with the company’s objectives• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with current and upcoming sales activities• Working closely with our Partner marketing teams to produce co-branded collateral and campaigns (i.e Sage & Swiftpage etc).• Improving and managing lead generation campaigns and monitoring results• Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing communications• Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all related company functions continuously remain informed about marketing objectives• Organising the annual customer day/ exhibition for 200 people.
