Ensuring Operational functions for 300+ Retail stores, including include finance, payroll, property, procurement and EPoS support are provided, managed and delivered in accordance with both the needs of the territory and the Retail Strategy. Managing an inspiring team of support officers who act as a point of contact on retail and shop matters. This role heavily involves change management and reviewing service delivery, including contributing to the development and implementation of effective systems, project delivery and other initiatives as required on a national and territory basis.

Sole management of support delivery and staff within a 36 bed homelessness hostel and a 7 bed supported housing unit. Managing a team of support staff providing holistic support to a caseload of service users with housing issues and other sole or multiple needs. Engaging with several external stakeholders, building positive working relationships with the Local Authority, Social Services, support providers and Registered Social Landlords. Totally responsible for developing and reviewing services whilst measuring outcomes to ensure that practices fall in line with the Service Aims of our funding providers.

Providing key advice and support to young people between age of 16 and 21 within a residential emergency accommodation unit. Undertaking the responsibility of creating and developing a comprehensive support programme to be used by support staff when assessing the needs of our service users. Forming a strong working relationship with the Rhondda-Cynon-Taff Supporting People Team and establishing links with Social Services and Homelessness Services within in the Local Authority.

Working within a 66 bed homelessness hostel providing extensive support, advice and guidance to vulnerable homeless people to enable them to develop a housing plan for their future. To work in partnership with other support and accommodation providers to secure the most appropriate move on accommodation and support arrangements. Providing a resettlement service when people move on from temporary accommodation. Also acting as a duty officer on a rota basis.
