As a Development Officer at leagues4you, I am passionate about creating and promoting inclusive and accessible sports opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. I have been working in this role for 10 months, and I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the participation, engagement, and retention of players across the UK. I have a BA in Music from the University of Liverpool, where I developed my creativity, communication, and analytical skills. I also have a keen interest in music education and advocacy, and I have previously volunteered as a music tutor and mentor for young people in my community.
