General duties included responding to emails/requests for support, taking calls on Webex and providing support on Live Chat, liaising with the relevant departments, and checking and updating data on Unit-e ensuring students can complete their enrolment.

Working at a range of events, undertook a range of roles, primarily as bar staff. Working at many high-profile events and venues such as the British Summer Time Festival, Twickenham Stadium, Lord's Cricket Ground and Alexandra Palace, often guest/VIP bars where a particularly high level of service was required. Due to the varied nature of the events, required flexibility and adaptability to work with different teams, and tailor services to different clients, building up to taking on the role of supervisor.

I edited several episodes of the second season of the student-led podcast On The Record With MAH, collaborating with other students from the University of Sussex's School of Media, Arts & Humanities. These podcasts explored a range of topical issues. The episodes were recorded remotely via Zoom video calls, and the content was sent to me to be edited using Adobe Audition.
