➢ Front Office duties- Taking incoming phone calls, checking voicemail and returning phones calls, scheduling follow up appointments, reminder phone calls, scheduling new patients, insurance intake, entering super bills and receive bills. Retrieving faxes and putting them with corresponding charts.➢ Back office Duties- Pulling and filing of patient’s charts, responsible for the keeping the records of x-ray Reports/lab reports/ correspondence. Making of new patient charts.➢ Office Manager Duties- ordering supplies, overseeing drug reps and samples of medications, overseeing office with one other worker.➢ Medical Assistant Duties-Responsible for taking patients vital signs and entering vitals in EMR system, Going over patient’s medication and updating patient’s records. Prior Authorizations whether its medication or imaging studies. Refills for patients. . Pulling charts for medical release copying and compiling for what was requested. Bill for records being sent out.
