In my role as the Quality and Regulatory Manager at Hertility, I spearhead the implementation of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, EU IVDR, ISO 27001 accreditation, and CQC certification for our medical device. This involves conducting internal audits and overseeing external audits to guarantee adherence to stringent regulatory standards.Formerly, as a Research and Development Scientist at Hertility, I concentrated on devising innovative fertility testing and monitoring solutions, employing liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. I recently completed my PhD at Bournemouth University, where I focused on the detection and quantification of drugs of abuse in biological matrices through advanced analytical techniques.In addition to these roles, I provide my expertise as an Analytical and Quality Consultant, offering guidance on analytical and forensic science projects, quality management systems, and laboratory accreditation standards. With a solid foundation in toxicology, biochemistry, and high-performance liquid chromatography, I am passionate about research and development. I am a Chartered Scientist through the Science Council and hold memberships with the Royal Society of Chemistry and the London Toxicology Group.
