As a research assistant I worked as part of the science team to deliver insights which had a direct impact on business decisions. I designed and used documents to organise and analyse different client data collection outputs efficiently to provide meaningful insights.Key responsibilities:• Collecting and analysing different qualitative and quantitative data sources, such as surveys and physiological wellbeing data.• Building relationships with clients by providing in person project set-ups and device troubleshooting as well as delivering project sprint protocols one-on-one with clients looking at the effects of different office settings on their cognitive performance and experience.• Maintaining SOPs and risk assessments for delivery of services.• Delivering weekly data insights to the team• Working with the internal science team to put together monthly and intervention summary reports for stakeholders.

I turned my love of tennis into an opportunity to develop my organisation and potential leadership skills at an early stage in my career. By taking on this role it enabled me to learn new skills including leadership, organisation skills and confident and clear communication skills to convey information to children and parents.Key responsibilities:• Planning and delivering tennis sessions for children aged 10 and under.• Designing the lessons myself to suit the children’s needs, abilities and skill levels to bring out the best in themselves.
