I lead on the ECB’s regulations, policies, processes and procedures and provide legal advice on wide-ranging regulatory and contentious matters across the business. I also manage a team of lawyers and non-lawyers within the ECB’s legal and integrity team.

I have been appointed to the BAC of the IPC to determine athlete classification appeals for the purposes of Paralympic sport.

I am an independent non-executive director and board safeguarding champion of the national governing body for Welsh Triathlon. I provide strategic oversight and guidance at board and committee level.
