Administrative Coordinator
Current- Coordinate front desk activities such as answering phones, basic referrals, insurance authorizations, and multidiscipline appointment scheduling for two outpatient clinics
- Create and maintain schedules for ABA clients and Behavior Technicians
- Report staffing needs to Clinical Director and Human Resource Manager
- Resource for therapists, case managers, and clients
- EMR configuration for new and existing providers
- Census data tracking and reporting
