Those ‘that can’ want to do so passionately and so well that they have a hard time sharing their knowledge—they’d rather just do it themselves. Not everyone can train; it too, is a very specialized ability. Correct and clear training enables someone to accomplish the task and become better. I believe that training is my singularly greatest ability. I am passionate about sharing knowledge that will enable someone to accomplish their task or goals better. Saying the same thing louder and slower does not make it easier to understand—I strive to find examples and analogies that are applicable, and that the learner can associate to their job and task.Every person learns in a combination of different ways; audible, visual, reading, writing, and kinetic. Some of these styles cannot be monitored or accommodated in today’s world of virtual training but I believe it’s important to try. I attempt to provide documentation to compliment the verbal training and, when possible, allow the learner to interact simultaneously with the training.
