I provide general oversight Art Commissions digital platforms, including Slack, Adobe, and Salesforce. I administer the agency's SFDC environment, which includes importing data, project managing custom code adjustments, and taking support inquiries. I design and optimize internal processes to ensure they are as efficient as possible, while still ensuring our data and practices maintain compliance with multiple authorizing entities. I host monthly meetings with staff to discuss process related concerns and questions, as well as generate feedback and buy-in for incoming changes.

I managed a team that completes transactions, processes orders, and navigates customers through major account changes. I ensured that we were collecting income through followed processes and clean data. I also ensured that proper security protocol is followed as it relates to transmitting protected patient data.

I oversaw that the day to day needs of the Operations department of 90 people are met. I coordinated meetings, monitored the progress of department initiatives, provided knowledge and assistance as a SME for our technology, and provided tools to help create accountability in the work place. During my time at WebPT thus far, I've assisted with raising an eNPS score, created a HIPAA program that promotes awareness, education, and sanctions, and created a department newsletter to embrace communication. I've worked as a liaison between our Product and Operations team to ensure customers are advocated for in the development process of new products and oversee a number of programs dedicated to recognizing excelling employees. I also worked as a liaison between our Operational Excellence Team and the Operations department to organize and prioritize our technological needs by means a product roadmap.

In this role, I assisted our customer service representatives (Member Advocates) with questions they had about our application and/or the needs of our customers. I handled escalated customer situations and used creative problem solving to find solutions within our application. I also assisted the Member Support Manager with assessing employee abilities and needs to ensure our Member Advocates found growth within their roles and the company.

I took phone calls, emails, and social media questions about the WebPT applications. I used critical thinking and problem solving to address our customer's needs. I assisted them in finding business solutions in our application and troubleshot technical issues.

I had two positions at this company. I taught acting courses and at both of their studio locations, and teach acting at multiple acting schools. Through this company, I have presented Directing as a Student workshops at a youth theater conference and have directed small plays for elementary schools. In my other role as Administrator, I managed the front desk and handle customer service issues. Regular tasks that I performed include processing payments, taking phone calls, monitoring attendance, creating spreadsheets, designing flyers for upcoming programs, conducting research for upcoming programs, correcting invoices, and communicating to supervisors about events occurring within the studio.

Aided students in navigating through their first year of college by regularly scheduling floor and one-on-one meetings with students. Planned monthly educational and social events and provided conflict mediation and crisis management when necessary. Recipient of the Sun Devil Way Award (2012) and the Community Assistant of the Year Award (2013). Member of the Community Assistant Advisory Board (2013).
