Daily tasks vary, from handling inbound and outbound calls to troubleshooting issues related to payroll, as well as entering and processing payrolls for a large variety of small to medium sized business clients. Meanwhile, completing various projects and day to day tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience. Quality Control oriented tasks include sorting and packaging payroll packets to ensure all information is accounted for before delivery to the client while also handling inventory, troubleshooting delivery issues, and sending informtaion needed by the clients.

Daily tasks include assisting administrative and instructional departments alike by carrying out various duties involving but not limited to troubleshooting, planning, ordering and scheduling.

A department that conducts third party investigations to verify Educational and Employment backgrounds as well as facilitating reference interviews in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensures a comfortable atmosphere to both current members as well as potential members. This involves paying attention to detail and problem solving to please all parties while maintaining control of every situation.Provides encouragement to those who need it.Remains approachable and open to any questions while answering to the best of my ability or directing to one who can.Carries out cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
