I approach therapy as a judgment-free collaboration, using compassion to examine the stressors in my clients' lives and curiosity to build connections between the past, present, and future. I’m committed to holistically helping people of all gender identities and sexual orientations, particularly members of the LGBTQIA+ community, move through the world with self-acceptance and self-awareness while examining the influence of society and culture.I am genuine, welcoming, and warm, utilizing talk therapy, relationship building, humor, and mind-body work to help clients courageously create roadmaps back to themselves and to their bodies. My approach is anti-oppressive and person-focused, using EMDR, psychodynamic, attachment, and relational therapies while encouraging clients to reclaim narratives through the use of storytelling and mindfulness.
