I was employed by ETS, where I held a number of varied and strategic leadership roles. I had accountability for managing our organizational strategic partnerships and I oversaw the end-to-end delivery processes for core products and largest clients. I was accountable for an external network of nearly 17,000 delivery partners in more than 180 countries. My team was responsible for the successful delivery of more than 6 million assessments per year. I led multiple quality improvement and cost savings initiatives. I earned a Six Sigma Green Belt and have been awarded ETS Presidential Awards for cost savings and service in recognition of substantial contributions to business results.I also worked as an accountant at the NJ Dept. of the Treasury. I earned my M.B.A. with high honors from Rider University and my B.S. in Accounting from Trenton State College.I currently serve as Treasurer on the Credit Union of NJ Board, VP on the Board of Directors for Anchor House and as a board member Anchor House Foundation Board of Directors.
