Nurse Recruiter
- Nurse Recruiter for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP).
- Consult with Chief Nursing Officer, Clinical Directors of Nursing, and Nurse Managers to identify RN vacancies as well as develop and implement recruitment plans.
- Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN’s) in the following areas: Critical Care, Perioperative, Emergency Department, Trauma, Cardiology, Medical/Surgical, Skilled Nursing, and Behavioral Health.
- Supplement RN recruitment at other entities (Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Pennsylvania Hospital, and Home Care and Hospice) on an as needed basis.
- Manage a requisition load ranging from 30 to 60 open positions at a time.
- Provide weekly recruitment reports to internal stakeholders.
