I provide aquatic survival skills instruction for children 6 months - 6 years of age. I began instructing 3 years ago after my daughter went through lessons at 13 months old. I have my BS in Exercise Physiology from The West Virginia University School of Medicine, and I was a competative swimmer from age 7 to age 17.
