I'm an Engineering Program Manager in the Amazon Global Realty’s Enterprise Building Management System (EBMS) Team for Amazon.com based out of Nashville, TN.

Responsible for sales for full line of Carrier Corporation’s HVAC products from residential through commercial and other non-Carrier products such as, but not limited to: Tower Tech, Aeroseal, Secure Aire, and Air Flow Equipment (AFE) Air Handling Units.

Responsible for developing and managing new and existing customer relationships to grow business. Identified opportunities and developed strategy to engage with new clients, bonding company, suppliers and subcontractors. Responsible for creating go-to-market presentation materials. Managed the holistic customer approach from initial project inception to follow through of construction close-out. - Buy-out & Project Managed $900k of projects in Aug 2012 to June 2013. Successfully value engineered & negotiated project for private K-12 school.- Project managed over $1MM of over 20 fast-track retail stores in 3 months in 2011 for low-temp refrigeration and HVAC. This retail account was highest margin account for the company in 2011.- Established new relationships with WBE/MBE suppliers &/or subcontractors. Understand benefits of labor relations and bidding strategies.- Prevented use of misapplied equipment & protected from incomplete subcontractor/supplier bids. - Review for compliance of construction legal contracts & bid package documentation.

Responsible for developing and managing new and existing customer relationships to grow business. Responsible for creating estimating procedure to bid on preventative maintenance projects. Responsible for reviewing area plan websites for plan & spec projects and private non-P&S projects to develop bid board and bidding strategy. Responsible for creating go-to-market presentation materials.- Estimated, sold & projected managed 3-year preventative maintenance (PM) contract to event arena on custom ammonia refrigeration system. Developed safety checklist and preventative maintenance checklist for this custom ammonia system. Acquired proper factory training for technician to maintain ammonia systems. Issued billings and tracked sales. - Successfully estimated earthwork project at corn processing plant.- Review and negotiate legal terms and conditions

Identified Business Development opportunities and developed strategy to engage with new clients, bonding company, suppliers and subcontractors. Managed the holistic customer approach for full life cycle of the project.

Worked with Contractors, Consulting Engineers and Owners in the Indianapolis, Bloomington, Ft Wayne and Columbus, Indiana areas to meet their HVAC equipment and controls needs. Handled HVAC projects from design phase through post-construction/warranty phase.
