Dr. Rosica is an advocate for high quality education and academic outcomes for children nationwide. Her 30+ year career has been dedicated to support marginalized, low-income, and minority students who may not be able to advocate for themselves. She is passionate about academic excellence for every child, and she has influenced policy and practice through her work in the Human Services field. Beth Ann is also an operational executive with significant management and leadership experience. She has a vast array of experience managing, growing, and reorganizing businesses. In addition to advising companies, she has held a number of corporate leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Service Delivery. Her skills include: writing; education and training; developing strategic plans and related business plans; new business development; driving operational restructuring; implementing organizational change; risk management; identifying alternative funding sources and revenue streams; leading contract negotiation, and identifying and implementing educational and human services best practices.
