Bethany McConnell is an intuitive energy healer and creator of Going Guided Healing, an alternative healing practice based in the Pacific Northwest. She supports her local and international female clients using a variety of healing modalities including Reiki, chakra balancing, soul retrieval, past life healing, Lightweaving, and energy clearing for homes and professional spaces. Through Reiki and other healing modalities, Bethany's clients have the freedom to be themselves, express their truth, and have the space to work through hardship, trauma, imbalance, and pain. They receive guidance from their spirit guides and healing to expand and balance their energy, which supports overall wellness, relaxation, and improved mood. Bethany has nearly 15 years of experience in the healing arts first in bodywork as a licensed massage practitioner, and then as an energy healer. She was certified as a Reiki Healer in 2011 and a Reiki Master Teacher in 2013. She has studied for many years under the mentorship of world-renowned healer Daisy Thompson at the Northwest Healing Studio in the Advanced Energy Intuition Program. Bethany grew up in Montana and relocated to Washington 18 years ago. She feels grateful daily to call the PNW her home. She currently lives with her husband, two little boys, and two kitties in Edmonds, WA, and can be found gardening on her small balcony dreaming of her future homestead, squeezing in time to create art, or going to coffee shops for treats with her family.

My time at Borders was spent working as a sales floor associate. I also worked on the merchandising team creating displays and eventually moved to the inventory team.

Retail customer service in a multimedia company selling movies, books, music, and pop culture goods. I started as a sales associate and after a few months was promoted to a third key holder position and given more responsibilities opening/closing the store, handling the nightly deposits, and receiving inventory.
