In staff admin I handle all the day to day running of the store, scheduling, recording and processing absences, going through holiday requests, along with communicating with the shop floor and management to ensure the smooth running of the shop. I am also in charge of the weekly newsletter, which is one of the things I am most proud of. In the Receptionist side of my role, I manage all of the customer queries and complaints and endeavour to find a solution for anything that might be asked of me. I handle the bookings for our spa, making sure to communicate with our spa team if there are any last minute amendments to the schedule, and occasionally contacting clients with any changes to their bookings or unfortunate cancellations. I also field phone calls and emails from customers asking about our stock and our products, I am fully trained on everything we sell so I am always ready to give advice, and upsell our products.
