-Develops and maintains a partnership with and serves as a key advisor on EH&S matters to Tesla Energy business operations leaders and stakeholders for 5 districts.-Be a visible model in the field and teach, train and coach business teams and support staff on fundamental EHS concepts and principles to reduce risk, and influence, inspire and empower business teams to reduce risk per our Tesla EHS vision, values and principles.-Serves as an EHS technical expert to identify key risks including legal compliance requirements and responsibilities in all phases of solar, storage, and EV charging products deployment, operation and service, in the field and in fixed facilities.-Responds to and investigates EHS events and supports the learning from events by determining causes and preventative actions with management and business teams; use internal and external software tools to complete reports and manage actions.-Conducts proactive field and facility inspections to verify work in progress meets EHS goals, and document findings; reviews improvement opportunities with EHS management, supervisors, operations managers, technicians and stakeholders.-Leads and supports routine and ad hoc EHS meetings with area management and stakeholders to communicate EHS programmatic improvements and changes, incident learnings, actions, and KPIs performance compared to company and department EH&S goals.-Champions EHS risk reduction projects at the direction and under the guidance of the regional EHS Lead and EHS Management to drive Tesla Energy improvements globally.
