Fill out DME orders for insurance filing, box up and then distribute equipment to patients, explaining the proper handling and use, setting up and taking patients off traction and electrical stimulation equipment.

build precertification reviews for intake nurses, review services and communicate to provider if authorization is not needed, meet state timings and follow policy and state mandates.

respond in writing to all incoming claim appeals, make corrections as needed, request and follow up on overpayments, provide feedback on any error trends.
