Hello, I have been in customer service for 15 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. The years of working in this enviornment has given me a chance to meet many people and hear a lot of stories. Also, it is the reason why I am currently pursuing a nursing degree. Of the 15 years I've been in customer service, 8 I've been a server. A job that requires you to spend more quality time with people, as well as getting to know them. I thrive in a fast paced environment, if anything serving has taught me how to manage my time, how to solve problems when something needs to resolved, and how to work professionally all in a short amount of time. I also have experience in basic nursing skills that I performed during my clinical rotation, such as hygiene care, administering medications, checking vital signs, practicing under the correct safety protocols, educating patient and family within my scope of practice and how to document in the EHR.
