Current Responsibilities:At the core of what Bethany does is everything transportation. Her passion is deep and runs strong. As the Vice President of Trobec's, Bethany oversaw the entire company, with a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations in the school bus world and charter industry. Her ability to understand to lead Trobec's Bus Service through the Covid Pandemic and assure they came out stronger from that set back is is one of the reasons for her promotion to President. Bethany understands her company's financial positions and is looking for opportunities to continue growing Trobec's Bus. Bethany is a motivated individual with a strong passion for the transportation industry. She was consistently a top performer in sales at Trobec's Bus and has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. She created value for her customers by providing detailed and specific itineraries, reliable and safe transportation options, and the highest level of customer service.Bethany has worked with the Minnesota Charter Bus Operator's Association (MCBOA) to renovate their website and give them an updated site. She has built a new website for them and worked alongside the Board of Directors to see this project through. Past Experience:Bethany has been with Trobec's since 2010 working as a bus cleaner, school bus driver, coach bus driver, dispatcher, and salesperson. These roles have helped her develop a well-rounded understanding of the many facets of the business and has led to her current position as Vice President. Professional Associations:Bethany is an active member of UMA and began her role as a part of the United Motorcoach Association's (UMA) Board of Directors in January 2019.Bethany has also been highly involved with the Minnesota School Bus Operator's Association (MSBOA) for the past 10 years, and currently holds the position of President for that association. In 2020 Bethany was named a 5 Under 40 by the St. Cloud Times. This award honor outstanding young professionals who are poised to become community leaders for years to come.
