Raised much needed funds for Citizen's two family shelters, doubled annual giving and raised the profile of the organization in the region. Worked directly with the Executive Director and Board of Directors as well as front-line staff to create a culture of philanthropy. Raised funds to support the purchases of four multi-family homes to create affordable housing via a Communities Land Trust model for families served by these shelters. Supported a capital campaign to raise over $1.5m to renovate both shelters.

Supported the Director of Development in all facets of fundraising and marketing for a development program raising over $2m for this Boston day shelter serving over 200 homeless persons every day with meals, job skills, art therapy, medical care, clothing, quiet space, legal aid, job search and more. Concept and coordination of a 10th Anniversary special event which raised over $200,000 and was attended by over 300 people. Collaborated on capital campaign creation, large volunteer events, and programs for shelter guests. Created guest-centered efforts to raise funds and awareness about homelessness and the work of St. Francis House.
