I am a passionate individual who is driven by improvement and opportunity. My first job was working as a ride operator for a small amusement park, known as Kennywood park. In this role, I learned outstanding service, as well as organization, adaptability, and leadership skills. I quickly became the supervisor for a team of 15 individuals which included training and scheduling, as well as record keeping of team member’s hours. I oversaw operation and maintenance of large machinery. My next position was as a cashier at Whole Foods Market, managing thousands of dollars per day with high accuracy. Again, within a year I became a supervisor of the customer service team, delegating tasks, managing inventory, as well as balancing excellent customer service. My current role as a customer advocate requires detailed and fast paced documentation, the ability to navigate multiple systems at once, and provide accurate information to customers.
