I have the privilege of working directly with leaders of Snohomish County non-profits that provide support and relief to women and families in crisis. Our goal is simple: to aid our partner organizations in the work they are doing and come together in uncommon collaboration to serve our communities more effectively!Some of the specific ways we have been at work include:- Facilitation of a monthly networking meeting- The purchase and renovation of a new building for a local pregnancy center- Numerous car repairs, car payments and vehicle donations for families in need of transportation- Funds needed for maternity leave for mothers/babies with adverse diagnosis- Covering the costs for utility bills, rent payments, groceries and tangible items through our agencies- Retreats and general support for non-profit workers experiencing burn out- Underwriting and targeted marketing of key fundraising events- Major support for and furnishing of pregnancy housing- Continued education opportunities for various agency staff members

• Beta test mobile apps on iOS, Android and Windows Devices• Beta test Admin sites in IE, Chrome & Firefox• Project Manager on HIPAA compliance and procedures.• Work with the team to develop ideas for new behavior change apps.• Develop documentation and process for all beta testing.• Proofread and edit apps, websites and materials.• Keep hardware used in testing up to date in terms of software and trends..• Create beta test templates and procedures• Complete SQL Queries in our database to verify information being pulled to a client view in web form • Coordinate meetings/activities with other team members

• Plan and organize the launch of XM for business, from the perspective of Information Technology• Hold weekly meetings with Network Engineers to review goals and monitor progress• Maintain oversight of networked players to ensure a high degree of connectivity and content delivery• Provide weekly reporting on over 15,000 networked media devices to various stakeholders• Manage media distribution to over 2,300 networked media devices• Resolve connectivity issues by working with various IT personnel and directly with the customer via our CS team• Test software by adding sample data, running smoke/integration tests and document and prioritize any bugs found • Compile and report on the monthly metrics of the Media Network Operations team to management• Identify and implement internal reporting improvements by working with a contractor on our requirements lists in order to increase player connectivity and reporting.
