Over a 10 year span, I went on two exciting journeys with B2B SaaS in the self storage and legal industries. Focused on proprietary website builders, SEO / data analysis tools, and facility management software, from the start up stages to corporate mergers. Many hats were worn along the way including QA, IT Ops, SEO/SEM/ADA Management, Tier 3 Support, Scrum Master, Product Management, Product Ownership, Project Management, and UI/UX for a range of 20 proprietary applications and numerous integrations.What you can expect when we work together:- Trust and Respect: When a product/project is in my hands, you'll know I'll do what it takes to see it through and deliver it on time. When challenges pop up, I'm a passionate trouble shooter who knows there is always a solution, even if it looks different from what was imagined. Through my own transparency and openness, I create an atmosphere of respect where the team is comfortable communicating throughout the process, resulting in mutual trust and ultimately, better products.- Communication: The more the merrier, especially during the planning stages. I want everyone on the same page as we enter the development stage. Requirements are clear and agreed upon. The overall knowledge of why we are pursuing something is also clear. Everyone on the team is vital and everyone's voice has a place with me. Open book and open door policy. For example, I'm thrilled when a developer looks at a UI/UX design and offers, "We could do it that way but due to the way the code currently works, we could also do it this way with the same result and save time." Bravo.What it's like to be on my team:- Meetings have agendas, made clear on the invite. I want you to know what to expect, so that you can be prepared. This makes for precise and shorter meetings, where we walk away feeling good and ready to tackle what's next. - I'm serious when it comes to getting things done but I can also be seriously lighthearted. I'm a goofball, total tech and sci fi nerd, who will bond with others over a fandom or maybe how we miss the sounds of dial up modems. There is a perfect mix of fun and work that results in stellar teams.
