• Answer live calls• Call & schedule appointments• Communicate information via email/phone to customers.• Utilize Excel• Prepare vet logs for pups visiting the vet each week• Photograph all puppies and post on social media and website• Process financing applications with customers• Communicate with breeders regarding health requirements for puppies• Organize and update vital health records for each puppy.• Explain health records to customers for their new puppies• Perform initial health evaluation of pups including but not limited to ensuring proper medical documentation, weight, temperature, testicles, history of surgery, etc.• Oversee and monitor regular administration of age-appropriate vaccines via direct communication with the vet.• Administer deworming medications• Drop off fecal samples at vet office• Bathe all the puppies in the building each week• Groom puppy’s nails and clean ears• Assist with inventory• Restock supplies in the building• Maintain cleanliness in the workspace
