Job Responsibilities:Working closely with the graduate recruitment team, being responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of the graduate recruitment process. Ensuring that internal Pertemps and our external clients (hiring managers) receive the highest standards of service.Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for Graduates and Placements, including sifting applications, screening candidates video interviews & running online psychometric tests. Conducting screenings interviews with graduates wishing to embark on the client’s graduate scheme making sure they meet specific and detailed criteriaDelivering the administrative procedures associated with the recruitment process including employment check

Job Responsibilities: • To support the Events team with the day-to-day logistical arrangements for the BCI World Conference and Exhibition. • Be the first port of call for telephone and email enquiries.• Co-ordinate the online web registration system and the events module database to manage delegate bookings.• Communicate with speakers,delegates, visitors, exhibitors, sponsors and central office staff via telephone and email.• Liaise with the Accounts department with regards to invoicing. • Co-ordinate suppliers.• Keep the floor plan up to date.• Co-ordinate joining instructions, badges, delegate packs, packing and courier logistics.• Collate feedback from the Event.
