Providing therapy for anxiety and depressive related disorders for individuals as well as family and couples counseling in a private practice setting.

Job Requirements/Duties:Responsible for providing treatment that meets requirements of patient's individualized treatment plans, responsible for developing such treatment plans for each patient, must complete of biopsychosocial assessments for each patientProvide group, individual, family therapy and educational lectures to patients and must be able to demonstrate clinical competency along with problem solving skills based on theoretical knowledge of clinical expertise and sound judgment. Works with director and administration to design and develop treatment programs for serving specific patient populationsProvides adequate documentation of patient progress in accordance with each individualized treatment plan Participates in daily treatment team meetings discussing patient care issues, progress, and identify additional treatment needs or goals with multidisciplinary staff membersMust recognize the role of a therapist, teacher, and social worker in the treatment process while engaging in the skill of empathy and maintaining cultural and age specific competencies with the patient populationsProvides therapy for those in crisis suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other related anxiety/depressive disorders
