I have now set ups company called Belle Analytics which is my new venture as a consultant in Data Analytics, Timetabling and GDPR. See www.belleanalytics.co.uk for more information. I was previously the Senior lead in data management at Harborne academy. I was asked to speak at Inside Governments GDPR Conference on 10th October 2018. Alongside this I am also the academy’s Data Protection Officer ensuring that we as an academy are GDPR compliant. My main aspect of my job is to move the academy forward using data analysis on academic achievements along with pastoral data. Triangulating the data with attendance and putting into place the most effective strategy not just for the academy moving forward but also and most importantly the student. I’m also devise the academy’s timetable using appropriate software and have had experience of signing off other data managers qualifications. Also currently in the process of developing software that can assist schools in getting the most out of their data. I have experience in Microsoft programmes, visual analytics softwares such as Tableau and management systems such as SIMS. I have a good knowledge of macros, SQLs and data protection law.
