I started at Improve International as an apprentice working alongside the Operations team. Having completed my apprenticeship in July 2020 and being with the company for over five years, I’ve gained many valuable skills and experience which have allowed me to progress within the company.With client care and course management being the main parts of my day-to-day role, I have excellent customer service and communication skills with my broader responsibilities including invoicing, contracting lecturers and digital course creation. Working in a demanding environment has allowed me to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines. I am a self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team but can be relied upon to work independently.
