Beeston Shenton introduced a new and exciting Re-Mortgage Department which I am proud to say I am now heading.I offer a dedicated, time effective and friendly service assisting clients every step of the way of their journey from when the file is opened through to completion. I believe no query is too little and strive on my client communication skills to ensure each and every client suffers as little stress as possible, receiving frequent and informative updates, enjoying a smooth journey to completion. Often coinciding with Re-Mortgages, I also aid clients with Transfer of Equity's where required. Efficiency within these matters are key due to working under time pressures i.e a Transfer pursuant with a Court Order. In addition I also take on a number of Sale files per month to aid the Property Department overall.

New Build October 2018 - the present day:-I am currently working as a Legal Assistant within the ever growing New Build Team. I work along colleagues ensuring client's find the purchase of their new build property goes as smoothly and as stress free as possible. My role within the team is to progress each file up until the point of exchange of contracts, keeping the client informed every step of the way. It is common knowledge moving house is a stress journey and therefore I pride myself on communication with client's to ensure they are kept up to date and offering a friendly contact if they have any queries throughout their journey. I complete all legal reports in connection with the New Build purchases including Mortgage reports, Reports on Title and Help to Buy reports. Another element of my role is to assess proof of funding for each and every file. Private Client July 2017 - September 2018:-Working as an Admin Assistant within a successful law firm has enabled me to achieve a number of skills and qualities of which I strive to put into practice myself. I worked within the Wills & Probate sector of the firm, aiding the fee earner through completing every day tasks such as preparing; wills, declarations of trusts, powers of attorneys and oaths, alongside completing further digital dictations. Whilst also helping with filing, sorting post and consulting with clients whenever necessary. I pride myself on always providing a supportive role whenever needed, as illustrated by covering reception when required. I hold strong experience of effectively using the in house computer system, mainly ALB. Throughout my employment I have also assisted with the archiving of wills, deeds and documents alike, placing these documents into an organised manner; creating an effective method of searching for these documents when required.

Working as an Optical Assistant is a highly interactive job, working with customers, assisting with their needs to find the correct eyewear, whilst working hard to adhere to any problems which arise such as specific requirements and complaints. Working within a team of optical staff, communication is vital, passing information between staff members in order to ensure the customers visit runs smoothly. This job roles illustrates how I can work with confidential information such as customers medical records, whilst being able to tackle a number of tasks at a time and being time effective in order to stick to the daily diary.

This job role involved working within a busy kitchen amongst a large team, working together in order to reach high demands of customers on a daily basis. My specific role was to support the leading chefs by preparing all necessary food in order for a smooth running service throughout the day. This highlights my skills to work under pressure in order to meet strict guidelines, whilst being organised. My role also shows I am able to work within a strong minded team, helping one another whenever possible, however I can also work independently to achieve my own personal deadlines efficiently.
