I manage major corporate clients for the business. logging all service, repairs and parts enquiries. My role also involves the sale of new equipment to existing and new customers, organising the refresh of existing kit, preparing quotations and dealing with outstanding service calls.I also manage service escalations if any issues arise, liaise with engineers regarding ongoing jobs and ensure that all jobs are allocated and completed in a timely fashion.
