Developed a comprehensive prevention program proposal which became a multi-year advertising campaign aimed at parents and caregivers to talk to their children early about the dangers and consequences of drinking alcohol.

Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the department's Virtual Visitation program. Presented workshops/training sessions at ACA, PAPPC and PCCD conferences.As Grants Manager, developed the grant request for Prison Rape Elimination grant funds, resulting in a grant award of over $580,000. Managed an additional $143 million dollars in federal grant funds.

Developed funding solicitations, provided programmatic oversight of grantees, and reported statewide activities to federal funding agencies.
