About Bethany Schweitzer

I'm a junior at UNC Charlotte currently working on a B.S. in Data Science. By the end of this semester, I will have completed a minor in Statistics. I serve as an instructional assistant for UNC Charlotte's Intro to Computer Science class (a Python course), which allows me to create a supportive learning environment while strengthening my foundational knowledge. I volunteer as a Notetaker for the Disability Services at UNC Charlotte, as I am passionate about equal education, and love sharing what I have learned with others. I also am involved on campus through ACM-W and Girls Who Code (two computing clubs), allowing me to connect with driven and like-minded individuals. With this degree, I hope to make an impact by contributing to innovative and user-centric projects.I plan to secure an internship for Summer 2024 in order to help me transform my technical expertise, pattern-finding skills, and creative problem-solving skills into meaningful solutions.
