Oversee operations of the school including - but not limited to - government compliance, staff management, family engagement, community outreach, scheduling and payroll, budgeting, tours and enrollment, website and marketing, curriculum implementation, state evaluations, and more.

Facilitates the Color Guard program during marching season and the competitive Winter Guard program during the spring semester. Oversees stretch, technique, conditioning, choreography, design, and general effect categories of the program - including silk/costume design and beginner/intermediate level choreography. Equipment tech responsibilities include flag, rifle, sabre, and occasionally baton, ribbon, and other props. Movement tech responsibilities include ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance technique. Additional responsibilities include graphic design, social media marketing, leadership development, culture building, and cultivating teamwork/self-disclipline. Under my instruction, the team has been awarded multiple 1st and 2nd place finishes in local, BOA, and SCGC circuit competitions. They have also been awarded Best Colorguard, Best Visual, and Grand Champion titles within their division at competitions such as Bands at the Rock, March to the Summit, Sonic Boom, and the TN Contest of Champions.

Designed and managed all aspects of e-learning curriculum, Crayons to Confidence. This included - but was not limited to - designing/recording/editing/publishing online courses and downloadable resources, blogging, SEO, website design, graphic design, social media marketing, email funnels, content calendars, brand/press kits, finance management, business compliance, and more. Content heavily focused around trauma informed care, social emotional learning, and early childhood education and development.

Taught core academic & social emotional content to Title I youth at a kindergarten level. Curriculum experience includes TN Foundations, CKLA, Lucy Caulkins writing, EurekaMath, GoMath, iReady, Lexia, IXL, and StudiesWeekly.
