The Sales Administrator position entails compiling and issuing quotes and using my product knowledge within showroom visits and presentations to close sales, My experience with customer service throughout my jobs has allowed me to provide the very best service for the clients and ensure that they receive a swift and professional experience.

The role of Helpdesk Administrator consisted of managing and supervising all subcontractor works, issuing PO’s, invoicing, writing and signing of RAMS and permits. The role involved dealing with call outs, scheduling, and dispatching the correct trade and engineer required. I had the responsibility of monitoring and supervising admin employees on these departments, implementing and checking the procedures. I also was the companies out of hours direct point of contact, being on call and contactable 24/7 to take any emergency jobs.

As the administrator for this company, I used my customer service experience and communication skills to deal with and solve direct issues/complaints; regarding to trespassing, burglars, alarm call out’s and emergency responses. I also have completed my BS758 Screen and Vetting qualification.

This role required me to be a receptionist, marshal, customer assistant and party host. This role required me to ensure that I was providing excellent customer service and enforcing all health and safety rules at the venue.
