Researcher by background (with an MA in Cybercrime), I've spent the last 3 years helping gaming industry teams dissect the inner workings of their brand's communities. Some of my recent achievements include:- Managing the global coordination of sentiment reports - on shipped games such as; Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Just Dance 2021 - across EMEA & NCSA, Ubisoft. - Working alongside Community Developers and Production teams, with my research frequently informing content strategies, campaigns, and providing general learnings on community personas.- Working as Community Coordinator and Communications Specialist for the MMO/virtual world ‘Habbo’, where I held a strong presence through social media, in-game events, and a regular community voice chat session.
