Lead Associate, Small Grants Program Ideal And Gaya
International Programs Coordinator
In this role I managed all of NPCA's International Programs, including:- Exclusively recruiting Returned Peace Corps Volunteers to serve as USAID-funded Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) volunteers, under sub-award agreements with Winrock International and NCBA CLUSA International. Working with US and Country based F2F offices to place volunteers in Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Ghana, Peru, Ecuador, Honduras, and El Salvador.- Managing NPCA's Community Fund - a small grant award program which supports the continued service and global social impact of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers through small project grants and social impact capacity building opportunities. To date I have managed $160,000 in restricted gifts and crowdfunded an additional $50,000+ to support the continued service projects of RPCVs.- Organizing international travel opportunities through NPCA's Next Step Travel and Next Step Peace Corps program. Contracted with RPCV run tour operators to design and recruit participants to engage in educational travel tours to see a new places through the lens of Peace Corps Ideals.Leadership role: led Request for Proposal process seeking Technical Assistance: January-April 2021.Volunteer role: Coordinate and participate in internal Racial Justice Work Group: August 2020-July 2021.

In this role I assisted with the day to day operations of running a small business, as well as provided administrative and technical support on all of MWAI's international comparative education projects. Projects are diverse and include program evaluation, gender equity, teacher professional development, and gender across sectors.
