• Provided career coaching advising to three to four students per week on topics regarding internship and job searching, major exploration, and life design • Conducted mock interviews for two student appointments each week which provide interview techniques and skills, as well as the review of resume and cover letters to increase their attention to detail and skills• Collaborated with three graduate assistants, professional staff, and student employees to host events, career fairs, and networking events for students on campus• Coordinator for career conversations events once a month to provide students with an opportunity to discuss career opportunities and industry standards

• Conduct weekly mock interview appointments for both undergraduate and graduate students by providing interview feedback and the review of resume and cover letters• Review resume and cover letters of 40 undergraduate and graduate students per semester to provide feedback and considerations

• Assist the Office of Admissions with daily administrative tasks, special event coordination and recruitment of prospective students• Supervise 48 campus tour guides• Create partnerships with offices and educational departments across campus to provide accurate and essential information for prospective students and their families• Assist in the recruitment and promotion of IUP through 4 social media channels and accounts ran through the office

• Assist in the implementation of the student employment initiative as a high impact practice through the distribution of materials to student employees across campus• Assist the Office of Human Resources with the development of a Student Employment Manual that serves as a central document for student employees• Coordination with other campus stakeholders in developing and implementing delivery methods of content for all manuals• Conduct day-to-day operations including employment, benefits, payroll, labor relations, and employee relations• Create marketing material for social media platforms to gain student engagement with the employee manuals

- Leasing procedures, touring the community, processing lease documents, and close the sale. - Maintain accurate lease file documentation in accordance with company policy; participate in lease file audits as assigned.- Participate in and assist with planning community resident events.

- Plan, coordinate, and lead all meetings and club activities. - Recruit and induct new members each year. - Communicate with all executive board members on all club activities.

• Assist prospective students and their families through the direction of the college search process by conducting tours of the university and answering related questions• Assist in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new Crimson Guides by conducting interviews with a search committee, and implementing a training program• Assisting the professional staff in office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling and confirming tours, and the preparation of folders for prospective visitors
