Responsible for locating, evaluating and developing prospective Specialty Leasing tenants to show retail space and income generating opportunities for SouthPark and Haywood Mall common area and in-line space; negotiate Lease Agreements to achieve maximum occupancy and financial objective of the properties, coordinate Specialty Leasing administration and tenant visual presentation. Manage overall program through leasing, management, operations, marketing and Customer Service to maintain daily operations while creating new business opportunities and relationships with prospective tenants. Work with Operations Dept. and contractors as needed for tenant improvements, repairs, signage, etc.; Communicate and coordinate with Legal department to accommodate tenant leasing requests; Canvass local, regional and surrounding markets to identify potential tenants and concepts; Member of property management team that coordinates and maintains shopping center operations, and participate in tenant openings and mall events. Participate in annual budgets and monthly forecasts for review and approval by corporate office.
