As a human-centered UX researcher and customer advocate, I draw from multiple disciplines to understand the customer's voice and create data-informed solutions. My expertise spans research, design, marketing, and storytelling, allowing me to address business objectives and user needs with precision and creativity. Driven by a passion for people and problem-solving and equipped with an M.S. in Interaction Design & Information Architecture, I create thoughtful, data-driven solutions that improve peopleโs lives.Over the past few years, I have honed my expertise in UX research and UX/UI design through various roles as a Lead UX Researcher, UX Research Assistant, Marketing Specialist, and Graduate Researcher. In these roles, I have conducted end-to-end research and design projects for a diverse set of clients and have developed extensive experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. I thoroughly enjoy solving complex problems in a way that meets human needs. Some problems I've tackled include enhancing a health app aimed at optimizing women's menstrual cycles, working on electronic health records (EHRs) with a focus on interoperability, and using design thinking to create a service supporting individuals in post-surgery recovery or living with chronic illness.
